Trial
New accounts get a 30-day card-free trial. Nothing is charged unless you start a paid subscription. Cancel or simply don't subscribe before the trial ends and you owe nothing for that trial.
Paid plan
After the trial, OwnerHaul is A$25 per month + GST, billed in AUD via Stripe. See Pricing.
How to cancel
- In the app: open Plan and use the Stripe customer portal, or
- Email ownerhaul@vireondynamics.com from the address on your account
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, including partial months.
We will refund or credit when:
- Australian Consumer Law requires it
- We made a clear billing error (double charge, wrong plan, etc.)
- We agree to a refund in writing for your situation
To ask about a refund, email ownerhaul@vireondynamics.com with your account email and the charge date. We aim to reply within a few business days.
